IBM THINKPAD iSERIES TROUBLE

I have a IBM Thinkpad iSeries Celeron that I can't figure out what is wrong with it. The link below has pictures of whats going on with it. The pictures will better explain it. I can't figure out how to fix this problem. I tried resetting the bios but that didn't work. Please help
