IBM ThinkPad Hard Drive Caddy

I am trying to upgrade a IBM Thinkpad for a friend and I am having trouble figuring out how to get the hard drive out of the caddy.
And one know where there are instructions or diagrams for getting the hard drive out of the caddy?
I have looked at IBM's site but maybe I missed them.
Thanks

Most laptops refer to that gizmo as a rail assembly. Usually you will find two screws holding the drive in place. Remove them and the drive should slip out straight to the rear as it unplugs from the rail's IDE connector. The manuals usually have an illustrated procedure for doing that in that is is user replaceable.
