IBM T42 Question

I thought the IBM T42s were all the Dothan chipset based now. However, when the 1.5 chip is selected, itstill says 1mb cache. There is a dothan 1.5 (dell sells it), so is this just a typo on IBM's site, or are they still using the old 1.5 PM chip?

Intel makes a Pentium M 715 (basically a rebadged Banias 1.50 GHz core) for OEMs on request. It is the older PM chip.
