I'm looking for the name of the software that was on my IBM T40.. or at least a way to re-enable it.

There was this software, that whenever I was using my wireless capabilities, it would launch and show me the signal strength in a long status bar format.. and it had other information underneath that signal strength. Somehow it stopped launching. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please reply
 
I think it's called:
IBM(R) Access Connections


I have that option but I'm just using WinXP to configure my wireless.......
