Can someone please tell me what all these numbers mean on a 128MB SDRAM 168 pin memory module. I believe its PC100 but want to make sure. The module has 16 identical IBM chips on in with these markings:

Does anyone know of a site or page that teaches what these numbers mean or how to decipher them.
