Using 98SE and this xirlink webcam (AKA Veo Stingray) comes up with a user buffer error. It was working b4 I loaded new software onto computer. Mfgr site says to load sysutility.exe at a site which is no longer. Tried contacting mfgr, no good. Anyone have this file or a link to it??
