I sent in my IBM Mwave settlement over one year ago. That's right, last December 2000. Today I finally got something from IBM saying my claim was rejected but I could still resubmit. What the heck were these bozos doing for the past year? Gees I hate IBM. They have pulled this cr@p so many times I lost count. What a sleazy company.
For anyone hoping to get a settlement on the infamous 75GXP hard drive problem. I am guessing that one of your children or grandchildren might be alive when IBM finally coughs up the money. Just be sure and specify it in your will or IBM will reject the claim because you are no longer alive.
