My IBM Model M keyboard has finally kicked it after over a decade of loyal servvice so I am now looking for a new one. Any hints on were to find one? Also has anyone tried the "Unicomp Customizer" I have heard it is also nice, but I am not sure if it is as good as a model m

I have seen, in university computer labs and public libraries, a a really nice dell keyboard that seems to use buckel spring keys just like the model m but I cant seem to find it on dells web site. Has any one else seen one, or have any idea where to buy one

ahh I know what you mean. I went to UC Davis and they had those in the library on the dells. I allways felt like I was typing so fast with that thing.

Find a willing hardware hacker to fix it for you? Or at least give it away to your local hardware hacker, they might appreciate it.
