Nothing will happen to Java. IBM has far more Java developers working for them than Sun does at this point, and they use it in most of their products.

I'm more worried about OpenOffice.org myself, which is a direct competitor to a few Lotus products.

OpenOffice is still open source right? Even if IBM cans it the community can branch it off and keep running with it.

They might pull a Microsoft and make Openoffice IBM's new corporate office suite 🙂
