I just got an incredible deal on the Lenovo R50e for $715 shipped
Specs
1.6 Dothan
768MB memory
40GB HDD
XP Pro

Now i want to know where in the bios can you change the amt of shared memory for the integrated video

I think mine is currently set to 8MB and I was hoping to increase it

You can find this out by RT clk on the icon in the taskbar Graphic OPtions-->Properties
Select the Information tab and then select the last option view report


also when i view system detail from the control panel
is says that I have only 760MB ram installed bt the bios says 768MB ...is the 8MB that is for the vid card not shown?
 
It dynamically allocates system memory for use as video memory as needed. The 8MB is the minimum system memory allocation.
