IBM IC35L180AVV207 180 GB or Maxtor 6Y200P0 200 GB ?

Which one of those 2 would you chose for your box? Both are 7200 RMP and have a sweet 8 MB cache. IBM should be a tad faster but are they reliable enough?

Sidenote: both are about 325 ?/$ for me so money does not come into play.

IBM has been a bit flaky reliability-wise in the past, so I'd go with the Maxtor. Even if the IBM performs 2% faster, the difference won't be noticable in anything but a synthetic benchmark, and you'll be able to sleep a little easier.
