IBM Hdd RMA help

My Deskstar 60GXP just recently started clicking and I followed advice and froze mine in the freezer so I could recover data, but now my Deskstar seems to be running just fine. Can I RMA the hdd to IBM without anything wrong with the driver or do I have to wait until the drive breaks down?
 
I think you can't rma it till they'll be able to see the symptoms of what's wrong...

who knows though... run the drive fitness test.
