IBM Deskstar 30G 7200 Jumpers

I got an OEM version [silver wrapper and drive] What are the differences in the two sets of jumper placements. It seems to be running but I have no idea if i am reaching it's potential. Thanks

When i got mine the jumpers were set to master and I left the other jumper alone. Goto www.ibm.com and look up the jumper setting that is what i did.
