IBM AS-400e Servers Any use for them?

I have an option to buy two IBM AS-400e servers with lots of software + three monitors + two printers for $400. I have yet to call but am just wandering what these can still be used for? Would it be worth it?

I do not have any further details as far as what software and specs.
 
Model number would be helpful. As would the processor that's in them.

Consoles are worth about $100 a piece in the used market, if not more if in good shape. Printers are hard to tell. Is it a big green bar impact printer?
 
I have not gone by to look at them. I called and the lady was selling them for her son who said they are worth about $5000 but he is getting a divorce and just wants to get rid of them.
