IBM and Corsair memory conflict?

I've had an IBM PC133 128MB chip of memory that I've been using for a while. Works fine. I just recently bought another Corsair PC133 128MB chip, and I started getting random system freezes. I tried taking out the IBM one and now my system works fine again. Does having different brands of memory on the same mobo screw it up somehow? I've run memory tester programs and they said the memory is fine but if I have both in I get complete system freezes, Win2K doesn't even realize it crashed (and thus doesn't scandisk on the next boot). Help!

I have Corsair memory for my 1Ghz Athlon KA-7 setup and it stinks.

The MB seems to have problems with the memory causing it to hang every so often.

I tried returning it back to Neutron USA in PA but they said it was fine and subsequently charged me $50 as a testing fee. Don't ever buy from them they have the worst return policy.

I've been running my system for three days now (using rc5 to test stability in addition to normal use) just using the Corsair chip, and no crashes yet. ?
