Their return policy:

Terms: No refund on CPU, memory, printer, scanner, monitor, special order items, software, and disk drives. Exchange for exact item within 21 days for defective items only. Oem CPU's are warranted for only 21 days from the manufacturer. Exchange must be done within 3 days of acquired for CPU. After this period we will do RMA for you through the manufacturer for a period of 6 month. The RMA process usually takes about 3-6 weeks and sometimes longer. Once an item is sent to the manufacturer for repair/replacement the amount of wait time is out of your control. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping both ways for warranty items after 30 days. 20% restocking fee for all returns within 15 days unopened/undisclosed. Newegg.com has the same drive for $86... also, I can hear the anti-IBM points coming a mile away. In short, I wouldn't use this as your OS hard drive.

Definitely not a hot deal. In fact, every price I saw at pchotdeals.com was way higher than pricewatch.

Now quickreply, if you lower your prices so that they are lower than pricewatch.com prices (including shipping) then we may buy from you.
