IBM 75GXP failure! (another one bites the dust)

My 30 gig IBM hard drive was making noises, so I ran the IBM fitness test. The results showed my hard drive is faulty and should be recalled and replaced. The only problem is I can not figure out who to contact. Anyone got a phone number for me?

When I rebooted my hard drive was dead. i need it replaced badly!
 
You don't need to call anyone. If you found the IBM drive fitness test on their website then you should also see the link to the warranty form that gives you an RMA number and also detailed instructions on how to package and send the drive to them.
 
if you call them up they try to bs you. They say like it's the firmware, you have to update the firmware. Than they will say it's windows fault. They blame it on everything else.
