IBM 75 GXP running hot?

Aight. Heres the thing. I have never had a problem with my IBM 75 GXP 30GB running hot, not even really too warm to the touch. Now however, I just inside my case and it burns to touch it. Is this normal? My 13Gb 7200rpm maxtor felt the same also. Is this bad for the harddrives? I had been running with the side of the case off for about 20 min just because I was lazy, but when its fully assembled (which it is now) i have a 92mm fan intake at front of case, a 120mm panaflo h1a (120 cfm i believe, or something close to it) intake right over the processor and vid card (yes it covers both =) and a 92mm out on the top of my full tower. Both HD's are in the 3 1/4 bays with the ibm on top, then a space, then the maxtor. I dunno, LMK guys! thnx
