IBM 75 GXP Dead after 1.5 years

I knew the day would come and I prepared for the worst. However, its still hit me pretty rough, but on the positive side I had fun breaking it into tiny little pieces.

Unfortunately i didnt have the warranty or receipt. I some how lost it during the move back after graduation.

As for pics...too late! BTW, I kinda exaggerated about the IBM drive being smashed it to tiny little pieces. It was more like tiny big pieces

Um what?

The warranty information (aka serial and model numbers) is ON the harddrive label. Your drive had 3 years of warranty...shame....

When a thread like this is posted I always imagine a Scot with bagpipes playing Amazing Grace.

May your 75GXP RIP.

Sad is right. The manufacturing date is on the drive and it has a 3yr warranty!!! All you had to do was RMA it for a new drive. Your loss.

Yeah it was fun. I dont regret it at all. Well...... until I wake up tomorrow morning and realize what I have done and How STUPID I am. Hey you think I can still return it? At this point I maybe be able to find a few pieces of it.

edit:
Seriously though it was silly on my part, but I cant be bothered with it anymore. Im moving out of the country for awhile and RMA's are the least on my mind right now
