IBM 300PL with landesk

I have an old IBM 300PL with a netboot enabled. I'm trying to install XP Pro on it. I can't seem to figure it out. Ive installed XP Linux etc 1000s of times. The bios doesnt seem to have a boot option menu. Help please

edit nm I had to reset the bios to get it to change the boot sequence
