IBM 20gig ATA100/7200 75GXP worth $34?

I can get this for $34 barely used with couple years warranty left. Gurantees it to work. Would this be a good deal? I have heard alot of IBM's dieing. Also how is IBM's RMA service?

LMK if you dont want it. Lots of reports about IBM drives failing. I personally have RMA 6 or 7 WD drives [almost evey one I have owned, and one of them twice].

In other words, sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
