IBM 180GXP... Need Disk Manager software - but Hitachi no longer provides it

I need some sort of bios translation software for my 120GB IBM Deskstar because the old computer I'm trying to put it in will not recognize it. Anyone know where I can get this software for an IBM hard drive? IBM used to have it on its web site and it seems Hitachi removed it..
