They charge 15% and hold 10%.. hurts.. but I can deal with it I guess.

I haven't received my check (lost in the mail?) for the last payment period and they want to charge me $30 to stop payment and issue a new check. What the hell is this? It blows.

So my question is, does anyone here know of any better credit card processing services, preferably that deal with chargebacks and whatnot. I suppose if i have to i can setup the login/password management.. but i hate ibill.. LMK and TIA for any responses.

I would like to know the answer to this as well, as i am considering setting up a paypal shopping cart because it is cheap (and works with my no secure ISP). ideally, i would like to avoid the configuration, and making my customers register with paypal to get my products....

look into kagi... i've seen them used on a few sites

bump as well, i'm interested in hearing more about this. how much do merchant accounts typically cost? is it any different if it's a non-profit org?
