How the hell do you guys take pictures of yourself?

I got my camera back last night and only got one semi-decent pic (just of my arm), most of the others were washed out or did not capture the right area.

Looks like I may need to wait for the wife to get back in town (Sunday).

Sitting on the porch in the middle of the night, drinking a growler of ipa. I'm using the want ads to soak up the flooding. Maybe the water will have dried up a bit to allow me to rent a shampooer.

The bathroom is clean now. Maybe I can take the pics there.

Wow, eleven more days. Excuse me while I hit the fridge. :)

I want in on this badly, but I don't have the time to devote to the chronicling after doing the workouts and working and taking care of the family. :(

But I will watch this thread with great interest. Congrats to the participants for having the balls to do this in public.

You don't have to put every workout and every days diet in the journal. The goal of every two weeks is just a sample so can see what you're doing. Either way, wondering where all the weight losers are hiding, only 3 so far.

Yeah, that is strange... I guess it was a neat idea until it was time to close the bag of chips and lash on their jogging shoes.

I'm not sure which group I belong in more. I'm really watching my food intake closely and working out above even my own expectations, but I seem to be slowly putting on weight. I'm up to 168.5 lbs from 163 a month ago. I'm guessing I'm putting on muscle weight which is good, but it feels WRONG after seeing the scale go the other way for the last year and a half.

I'm not a judge or anything, but sounds like you're a gainer.

Getting in shape is always a good thing

I'm going to do my best to cut back on sugar as much as I can. I've already given up gatorade, so that should help. Water sucks though :p - Need to find a better gatorade substitute.

I hear you man. Just adding those 2 pounds over the last little while has been killer for me. It hurts my eyes to see it! :D

I guess you get used to it after a while though.

Good luck,
KT

Ok, I'm going to do my best to get application info together and actually take some pics. I'll be going for the losing weight category. I'll have to open an account on one of the pages a few others have to document all this. Is there one that is particularly intuitive (not that I can't figure them out if they aren't). I'll need to wait a couple of days until this sunburn fades a little...don't want to look like a lobster in the before pics :D
