More specifically, why is price difference between this two ?

Is one better than the other? One would think the one with the integrated video would cost more? Also, in the title is says, M-ATX, what kind of case do I need?

i845E/i845G dont offically support DDR333, but the i845G unoffically does. So that just means you can use DDR333 cas2 on the i845G at stock speeds and not on the i845E. M-ATX is micro atx, its like regular ATX but just a bit smaller. Ive heard tho that the m-ATX's dont overclock as well as the full size ones, i could be wrong tho.
