i845D : technical details wanted

Could someone post a link to technical details for this chipset? Is the "dual channel" support what it sounds like, and is there any chance the i845D will have memory throughput competitive with rdram boards?

Intel has not yet released full technical specifications on the I845D chipset.

Early pre-release benchmarks put performance as slightly below that of the I850/SiS 645/VIA P4X266A... and slightly above that of the 'classic' P4X266.... vastly superior to the I845 w/PC133.
