I815e and PC166 SDRAM...

Ram can run at lower speeds, it's perfectly backwards compatable. So if the board takes PC133 or PC100 (which I'd hope an 815 does) it'll be fine.
 
Thanks for the response. My only concern was because the manufacturer said that he had someone return it(they had an ASUS CUSL-2C board) because they couldn't get the RAM to work, but that could have been a U.S.E.R. error, he didn't say but he did say that the RAM was fine. I just want to be absolutely postively sure that it works before I order. Thanks again

You should be able to run it, but your chances of maxing out that RAM with an Intel CPU arent all that great (no option to lower the CPU multiplier). PC150 should take care of you.
