i7 Stock Cooler

Will the stock cooler keep my i7 920 cool enough to run well for a while? I am not an overclocker. And if I was to overclock, I would get a better cooler, but for now, will stock be okay?

Intel makes sure your chip will run for 3+ years with everything at stock. They would not ship a cooler that does not do its job, because they would be flooded with RMAs.

no problems with the stock fan IF you don't overclock at all.

was just searching for this answer as well! I think we should be fine, like they said why would they ship with the cooler if it didn't work? I doubt I will try and OC mine either.
