i7 EP product refresh?

Hi, i am in the process of building an i7 ep machine, and to my dismay when i was going to order the cpus, Newegg had discontinued the 2.93 ghz chip and it seems as if there is less options available. Anyone know if the recent desktop refresh also had some quiet updates to the xeon line?

2 socked, was planning on using the Xeon X5570 2.93 GHz Nehalem-EP

I haven't heard anything about Intel EOLing that SKU, and it really wouldn't make much sense for them to do that either, so the likely situation here is just that newegg doesn't stock them atm.

Plenty of other etailers have them for sale though.
