That's probably about right with all those GPU's in a poorly exhausted case. One simple thing you can try is re-applying the thermal paste which totally sucks ... but none-the-less a step in the right direction.

O wait, and then of course you never mention your ambients and yet 1.36v & 4Ghz is suppose to be running cool?

Lets back up, you first state the CPU is not overclocked and then the last sentence it is? Am I reading this wrong?

edited out all the e-pen for ya so we can focus on what the REAL issue you are worried about.

As BTRY said trying re-seating the HSF with new TIM.

It may not improve anything since your temps aren't that bad, but its worth a try.

Your CPU temps also depend on:
Where you live (the ambient temps); if you live in the arctic, then your temps are very bad and if you live in the Carribean then they are very good. Do you catch my drift?
What case you are using; does it have good or bad airflow - can this be improved by replacing the case fans and / or better cable management?
What other heat generating components you have in the case - I notice that you have 3x GTX260s in SLI. These puppies will be producing heat inside your case. Although most of the heat will be exhausted straight out the back, some heat will be retained inside the case.

At 4GHz, I'm not surprised your temps are hitting 85C under load using air.
