I7 950 Overclock

I have owned my I7 950 since 2011 and have never really overclocked it except for the random messing with the CPU level up function. I tried my hand at it early today and over clocked it to 3.5. Not sure on what I was doing so I took some screenshots. Am I on the right path. I want to set 3.7-3.8 24/7 overclock. Not interested in going to 4.0+. For cooling I using a ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm 2 Ball Low-noise Blue LED CPU Cooler.

Since i7-950 has locked multiplier, you can OC it via BCLK only, However I would watch temps under full load. CPU on stock has rated TDP of 130W and T-case of 68'C(Intel Ark). You have single-fan air cooler, and these CPUs run pretty toasty once you turn up the frequency.
