Im currently running an EVGA x58 3 SLI model 767 motherboard
Cpu is a i7-930 @ 4ghz OCZ 2000mhz ram 3x2gb
Currently at
vcore 1.25
vtt 1.35
qpi pll 1.1
vdimm 1.65

My question is people keep reffering to QPI/VTT
My motherboard does not have QPI/VTT but it does has a VTT setting and a QPI PLL settings that are seperate.
If i push my bclck any higher then 191mhz i get the bsd 124 error which generally means more VTT is needed....ramping the VTT up further then 1.35 puts me out of max intel spec. I have also read people saying i need to up the QPI voltage...do they mean QPI PLL voltage?

Have you contacted EVGA to see what they have to say? My guess is that QPI = QPI PLL on EVGA, but I would not go on MY guesses. Different board makers use different terminology for the same things in many cases. I would absolutely mine EVGA tech support and their forums before drawing any conclusions. They make good boards, I think you'll do fine.

Sadly the manual does not specify the actual function of anything. Ive already read through the entire manual and the only real helpful info is the diagnostic codes for the LED readout. Hopefully someone who has an evga board can chime in.
