After several days of messing with my new system I finally found stable settings which I think are quiet good and among some of the lowest voltages atleast for vcore yet my temps are still reaching those that use 1.3vcore or more? My specs are in my sig and here's the voltages I'm using:
CPU Vcore: 1.216v (full load in CPUz)
CPU PLL: 1.45v
IOH: 1.1v
QPI: 1.3v
Ambients: 25c
LinX Temps (85c max):

Prime95 Temps (80c max):

I haven't put the side 200mm fan on my case yet I'm about to do that and see what the temps are like. Also I was thinking maybe it's the location of my case? I have it in the hole made for a computer to sit in in my desk. There's an opening in the back for air to get out and the front is open as well but the top has wood about 4 inches above the case so maybe too much hot air is getting trapped around the outside of the case? I could try sitting the case outside the desk and see if there's a difference. Haven't tried resetting the heatsink yet either. The temps seem high to me for only 1.216 vcore though?
