i7 920 Water cooled temps

Wondering if this is a good base to start oc on a i7 920...Using a 120x3 swiftech rad with their mcp655 pump.

920 which right now is stock. Probably between 26-28C in my apt

idle temps are 30-32C as I came back to check within a 2 hour span

Then put it under prime95 stress test,
after a hour it was at 51C

Is this a good start to begin oc'ing?

Yes, that's a great start. Kept my first Q9650 under 70* @ 1.360 vcore.. From my experience, voltages were the #1 factor in creating heat when overclocking. I'd say ask Aigo for the best CPU block for it. I think the latest and greatest was the Koolance 350 but I may be mistaken.

EDIT: you may need a high pressure pump for a high pressure block like the KL 350

I'd lap the IHS and lap the waterblock, but that's just me. I've shaved 3-4 degrees doing it. Then I'd put some TC grease on it. GREAT compound, just spread it as thin as possible.

if its a GTZ u dont want to lap the IHS.

and yes its good temps.
