I7 920 vs FX6300

Looking for a CPU to run Adobe after effects and premiere pro. Which one would be better? I can get a used i7 920 for $90 and a new FX6300 for about $120

I have an X58 board but it's not good for overclocking. (Zotac X58)
 
As long as you can get the 920 into the mid 3Ghz range, it should equal a 6300.

Since you have a board, it would be a lot cheaper.
