I7 620M graphic vs GT 720M

I have question about graphic and general performance between those 2 builds:

1st notebook:
-i3 3217U
-GT 720M DDR3 2GB
-8GB 1600Mhz RAM

2nd notebook:
Elitebook 8540p
i7 620M
no external graphic card (so intel HD from i7 620M CPU)
4GB 1066MHz ram

I would like to know difference in graphic performance which one would be better.
