i7-4930k turbo clocks?

Does anyone here know what the turbo clocks of the upcoming i7-4930k will be? Articles say 3.9GHz but that is just when one core is loaded or is it doing to be when all 6 cores are loaded as well? I care about stock turbo clocks because I'm not into overclocking and rather run things at stock settings.

According to this its 3.4 with a turbo of 3.9. Not sure if this info is accurate or not. I just grabbed a quick google of the cpu.
