i7 4790K stock, weird temperature fluctuations

Hello,

I have a i7 4790k not overclocked, with a Hyper 212 Evo cooling it. Just started playing BF4 recently and the whole PC crashed (wind10 bluescreen), I rebooted and it froze again.

Thinking weird, I pulled up open hardware monitor and speedfan.

Speedfan can't seem to decide whether "AUXTIN0" and "AUXTIN3" are running at -128C or 128C, and OHM is telling me that the cores are all at 28-35 except #3 and #6 which are either 60 or 114-120 (but it changes second by second).

OS is Win10 64bit.

Here are screens from the tools: https://postimg.org/gallery/1rl8pbn7o/.

Is this an issue with the CPU, with Windows, or what should I be looking at? Many thanks!

I can't remember ever updating it. Generally speaking with the BIOS I wouldn't bother unless I had some issues. I just checked and it says current version 2012-x64. Asus website shows latest as version 2702. It's a Asus Z97-Deluxe NFC+WiFi.

Do you think I should update it?

Edit: I looked up the slightly wrong model on Asus' website. This is the correct one:

Latest BIOS shows as 2903

Don't worry about the temps listed under your motherboard. Look at the CPU core temps and the video card temps, after you have been gaming for a few minutes.
