Are you going to game on this rig? You might want a stronger video card. Your PSU sees like overkill for such a low powered GTX 650.

Without knowing the essential information, i'd say your GPU seems to be on the soft side...

16GB is overkill, too

Agreed. With that video card you would want to avoid OC'ing the CPU as you're going to be GPU dependent for a while.

What's the main purpose of te build though? Editing? Gaming? What kind (size/rez) of monitor do you have?

I disagree with people about the M4 being slow. Slow-er maybe, but for the cost (usually cheap) it is reliable, which is my first priority once you've got an SSD.

Also, the ram is overboard unless what you're planning to do is going to use it. Ram is not cheap right now, so if you don't need it, I'd say don't bother.

Well will be doing multiple things with it. Some gaming, multimedia sharing, Drafting and 3D modeling mostly. Any suggestions on better video cards. Could go for a better card if I reduce cost on RAM

Do you mind just stating your budget overall? Maybe people could do a bit more part picking to get a little more bang for your bucks...

500W PSU is sufficient for a single GPU. It could power a GTX650 easily and will accommodate most mid range cards. Spend less on the PSU and bump up the SSD capacity to 256GB.

Oh, and still need the monitor size/rez you're working with. Assuming 1080p at this point... but just want to be sure.

I will be using my Samsung S27B350H which I purchased a month ago. As far as games...Assassins Creed, Starcraft , Need for Speed, etc. Gaming is not necessarlily the primary use. A goog portion is CAD and 3D modeling.

Instead of the h100 consider the kraken X60. I was able to get m 3770k on the extreme4 to 4.8 easily
