I7 2600K and on board graphics chip?

I know the I7 2600K has on board graphics, but you can disable that right and use your own say 5870 card right?

It will be disabled when it detects a discrete video card.

Unless you use a H67 chipset mobo, it will be disabled no matter what.

K = overclocking = p67 chipset = no integrated gpu , anyhow.

Ya guys just make sure it has the K at the end of the model so the multiplier is unlocked.

Those without the K you can not overclock.

You have very limited overclocking ability using turbo I think.
