i5/i7 overclocking guide?

I just built myself an I7 920 D0 rig and used these two sites.

Currently at 3.6Ghz at stock Vcore pretty sure I can hit 4Ghz just haven't bothered to push it more. System is so much faster compared to my 939 Opteron I was using.

I try to keep my VTT voltage below Intel's recommended 1.21V max. I also have to raise my PCH voltage slightly to get my i5-750 3.7Ghz oc stable, but that's on my craptastic Asrock P55 pro MB.
