i5 and GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R

I have a buyer for my Q6600 and MSI P6N SLI rig so I'm seriously thinking of getting a i5 750 and GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R. I had my Q6600 mildly OCed to 2.8 and I will probably do the same with the i5. Will I be able to leave the energy saving stuff and turbo mode on with a mild OC on this system? What kind of OC can I expect at stock voltages? Any other suggestions for building this system? I've always built bang for the buck systems and this looks like the best out there right now since I have a microcenter nearby and can get the i5 for 150.00. Is there any need for high end memory if I'm not OCing it much?
