Hi, i have a processor i5 4570
I think he did not disclose the potential of my video card Radeon 290x

Over clocking will help, but it's fast enough already..

assuming you're running crossfire because you're running 2560x1440 or higher resolution with graphics maxxed, probably not much FPS increase. you're more likely graphics-bound than CPU-bound.

It would help a lot if you told us what resolution you are targetting and what games you wish to play.
