The CPU is rated to run up to 105C. My 3570K hits 80-85C with Linpack. Stock cooler as well.

Better cooler wont do anything for you. It doesnt matter if the CPU runs at 40C or 80C.

when i use prime95 the maximum core clock is 3.3 ghz not 3.5
any ideas ?

The 3450 is a 3.1Ghz chip with max turbo of 3.5Ghz. Turbo is default 4/3/2/2. meaning with 4 threads you get (up to) 3.3Ghz. Only 1 thread gives 3.5Ghz.
