i3 processor video

I've got an 'extra' Nvidia card here - it's a PCI-e GEForce 7100GS 256mb. One of the machines on this network is an i3 based around the v. limited Intel DH5500 board. Originally when this one was put together, I used the built-in video which comes off the i3 chip.

So I'm wondering, which video is better? Would using the discrete card be better than the built-in video onboard that chip and motherboard? Can't find much data about the video that's there.

Thanks for the link! Dunno exactly which Intel one to choose, but it seems that no matter what, they are all much faster. I'll stick with the built-in & leave it alone!
