with a budget of $600US
should i buy a 6100 i3 and 950 GTX or a 6400 i5 and GTX 750ti for gaming
games such as - Total war series,Rise of tomb raider,Fallout 4,Witcher 3,Phantom Pain ect)
Gaming Pc
Also would like to know how future proof for well, future games
 
The better GPU will give you better results,even with the i3 being weaker.
As for future proof,until the next gen of consoles comes up it will play any game very well,after that we will have to see what happens.

should i bother with an OC version of a 950? is there a huge difference and if there is can i not just overclock the card myself to match up the speeds.
