i3 4030U - Help choosing Laptop

I want a basic laptop that can handle opening of "6-7 windows of IE together with MS word" without a Lag and will be watching occasionally HD movies as well.

So a i3 4030U + 4GB Ram based laptop Should be enough?

OR, I have to go for an i5 in order to avoid any Lag? I don't want to waste money if its not absolutely required.

It should work fine, no need for more cores... for office work

Yea, I think it will be fine as well. I would be more concerned about only 4gb of ram, especially if you want to have a lot of windows open at the same time.

Even 4GB will be not too bad (and cheap to upgrade), but an HDD instead of an SSD is going to make the laptop feel sluggish.
