i3 2100 vs G620 for gaming?

Budget orientated gaming build. Is there any noticeable difference between the i3 2100 and Pentium G620 when gaming using identical video cards?

Quick look at the bench charts shows 10-15 fps depending on game and resolution. Mind you that is a very quick look. Not a in depth look. IMO grab the 2100 it is clearly a better cpu for gaming and anything else.

The problem with that bench chart is that they've got a GTX 285 in the build, so most certainly there is a CPU bottleneck. I'll be using a Radeon 5770, I don't expect there to be a CPU bottleneck with i3 2100 and G620 when using a more light-weight card like this. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
