I would like to get Direct TV with 5 rooms free...

I found a seemingly good deal at www.rapidsatellite.com but I am not certain. Can anyone reccomend some good online retailers for Direct TV?

The only thing is... its $5.00 extra per month for each additional room... so you're talking an extra $240 per year... Installation remains the same, but you're obligated to keep the service for one year. At least that's how it was with me.

when i signed up they offered me the dual units (does 2 tv's at once). So i have 2 box's that control 4 TV's. saves me a bunch a year.

i got the deal off gottadeal. might check to see what they have.

You are going to have troubles with 5 tvs without getting some additional equipment and putting up with weird behavior. A satellite, at least the kind you are likely to get for free, can support 3-4 tuners only. 4 is kind of sketchy too, it's really only 3 tuners and 4 outputs.
