Wtf why weren't the vases placed in protective glass or something if they are so valuable? I'm not sure how there were placed, but from the short inadequate description, leaving priceless vases on a window sill is just asking for an accident. I wonder if that guy will be charged for that stuff.
 
They're glad that he was able to leave unharmed so he can be banned for life from the museum. 😛

What a stupid place to put artifacts, "Gee, we don't have any room left in the environmentally sealed and sensor protected display - let's just sit these along the stairs." :roll:
